In my classroom we are using Class Dojo to reward students for making positive productive choices. We have points set up to be rewarded for peservance, walking in H.A.L.L., sitting in S.T.A.R., working independently, showing leadership, and being responsible for their actions. The students are working hard to reach different levels to go shopping in our class store. The pencil pouches, notepads, pencils, chocolate memo notes, erasers, Nutri-Grain bars, snacks, and mechanical pencils will all be the rewards the students can "buy" with their positive Class Dojo points they earned. I also have options like homework passes, choose your seat, and computer free time. I want the students who are doing an excellent job at making positive choices to be rewarded and to continue to set the examples for the other students. My students are a work in progress but we are working together in a positive direction to succeed in fourth grade.
