My students come to school eager to learn each and every day. However, they struggle to stay engaged when they have to sit in hard seats all day long. Many of the students get restless and very fidgety throughout the day. I would love to incorporate flexible seating into our everyday routine and am requesting Wobble Chairs, Soft Seats, Wobble Cushions, and Balance Ball seats. I truly feel this will lead to a more comfortable environment which will allow students to continue to be engaged. With flexible seating in the classroom, students will be able to choose where they would like to sit during small group time. This will allow students to choose where they think they can do their best work and succeed.
