What do studying Roman Architecture in World Cultures, the Day of the Dead in Spanish, triangles in geometry, and DNA in science have in common? They would all be more interesting and meaningful when students use their creativity to build something relevant to their learning. 3D pens would make that possible! Students have had access to a few 3D pens in our Maker's Space, but with 500 students and 10 pens, our teachers have not been able to use them to effectively support curriculum. By adding more 3D pens, students would have the opportunity to use them for projects in classrooms to demonstrate deep understanding of a variety of learning from many different content areas.
