My students are amazing 6th graders who want to go to college and have amazing careers. Sadly, many of them struggle to read and have 4-5 grade reading levels. They are excited about learning and are excited to use this new computer program! They attend a school that emphasizes the use to technology in every day lessons. However, the reality is that we don't have computers in every room and that getting computer time for our students on a regular basis is tough--sometimes impossible. For my students, they know that there are great things for them to learn on the Internet, but they don't always have the ability to use it.
