My students need to be able to read and listen to both fiction and nonfiction stories. The Read Along Library and CD player will allow my students to build their listening comprehension and ultimately build their independent reading comprehension skills as well. You're generous donation will build not only our library, but also the self-esteem of my emergent reader students. This listening library will have a great impact on their desire to read and learn. The library is a sure way to motivate reluctant readers. Success, while reading, will plant the seed for a greater desire to learn more, not only in the classroom, but in the world around them.
