Many of our students need to release energy several times throughout their day. Our students use physical activity as a calming tool in order to focus and be successful in the classroom setting. Having a selection of fun and engaging activities for my students, will allow them to release their energy while learning teamwork and social skills all while being active. Offering a variety of physical activities will help them become more successful at home, school and in the communities that they live. Providing a variety of balls will introduce them to new games, activities and fun that they would not otherwise be able to experience.
