The field of education is diverse and ever-changing. As an educator working with students who have disabilities (Individualized Education Plans), I must learn how to integrate myself into the inclusive classroom. It is important to learn the art of co-teaching with someone else, so that strategies and best practices will be integrated to help all students within the setting. This training will assist with creating meaningful lessons that incorporate differentiation effectively. Because I work with multiple teachers daily who have limited training related to special education, I will be able to collaborate with them given the information obtained from the conference.
