The iPad and Osmo kit I am requesting will give my students a way to connect to the daily learning and instruction given to them in a fun way. We will be using these items during our center rotations. The OSMO is easy to use and the activities are leveled so that the students will be able to create meaningful work from them. The students will get to work faster and have an engaging activity to complete while I work one on one with the others. My students will often come during recess to play learning games and this will also be available to them when appropriate. The 5th graders will enjoy having a way to learn phonics that is more developmentally appropriate.
