The chance to work with a light table at my children's ages is a special opportunity. It teaches colors, shapes, language, writing, letters, numbers and the list goes on and on. However, the best part of a light table is the children are learning and they do not even realize it because, they are having so much fun. Most of my children are English learners and working with a light table brings so much language growth along with learning to work with partners and sharing. Most light table work is done with a partner and it allows the experience to teach at a young age how important is is to share and work as a team.
