I currently do not have a reading corner in my classroom. The reading bench and carpet area will promote a safe motivating learning environment to sit with buddy readers and act up plays with parent volunteer readers to feel welcomed when they come in during Dr. Seuss Read Across America to increase parent involvement. It will provide our class meetings gatherings to be more successful and productive. The use of the whiteboards will help me check their answers as they display them to demonstrate learning by writing on them. The headphones will filter noise out which will help them pay better attention and focus. The math charts will be resources for increased learning achievement.
