I teach third grade at an underprivileged school in a high poverty area of California. My students are extremely enthusiastic to learn, but teaching students who have limited experiences becomes quite a challenge without the necessary technology. My students this year have shown great interest and excitement in the area of math and science! From my own experience I have found that teaching matn and science can be much more meaningful when it is brought to life and not just read about in a textbook. With the use of a HP notebook computer I know that I will be able to bring science to life in my classroom as well as new and exciting educational experiences to my students!
