When I was in school I remember being in class and doing worksheets and work out of textbooks. I bet you do as well. This was no fun and learning was not as interesting as it is today. In today's world our children are very digital. They can navigate through the internet, apps, cell phones, computers, etc. I feel like my students need more than just paper and pencil in their classroom. Tablets are the way to go! "Learning this way is so much fun," is the statement one of my students made while playing on our computer in our classroom. Computers are great but not each child could sit at their desk with a computer, so the solution I came up with are tablets. Each child could use their own tablet to complete their work, do centers, and most importantly review and learn material. Technology is a great way to differentiate, make assignments fit the students needs, assignments more easily. This would reach each child and their specific needs.
