We need the Trait Crate Plus for , Grade 4 and the Common Core Practice Writing to Texts for Grade 4. We will use the writing instructional tools each day to encourage development of student ideas. Students will also have exposure to different literature examples that could help foster a love of reading. Using the 6 traits of writing with literature and lesson plans is an excellent way to reinforce writers who are above grade level by giving them an extra interest in writing. My lower level students will benefit as well because of the picture books included with the Trait Crate. I hope to increase love of literature and writing for my students. This will be something that sticks with them throughout their lives, if they can learn to love it now.
