It can be a difficult transition into Kindergarten. My students deserve to feel safe and comfortable in an exciting, learning environment. They love being able to move around the classroom through different centers, for different activities. By implementing flexible seating in my classroom, I hope to encourage students' learning in fun, comfortable and exciting ways. I believe that by including flexible seating into my classroom, students will be more engaged and eager to learn. Because of this, I am asking for a mini-couch, bean bag chairs, floor chairs and yoga balls. My hope is for each learner to become enthusiastic about becoming readers in a free and fun environment.
