I am not new to teaching but I am new to first grade. My classroom is full of bright young students eager to learn. I want to create a safe and cozy reading space for these emergent readers. This bookshelf will not only be a great place to store books but it will also serve as cozy seating in our reading area. We have also gone through a lot of supplies this year. Having extra crayons markers and glue is always a necessity. We are collaborative learners and we like to share not only ideas but also supplies. Table caddies will allow us to have materials easily accessible and a great way to keep them safe.
