My students are wonderful! Hard working and diligent, yet still struggle with many of the concepts we learn here in Chemistry & Biology. I work closely with wonderful colleagues and we work tirelessly to find ways to make the curriculum relevant and accessible to our kids, but it is still very hard for the students because we have some very high level standards set forth by our state. Our ability to purchase the materials needed to ensure a quality science education has diminished dramatically in the past few years and will continue to be reduced in the future. This makes support from the community that much more vital to the success of our program.
