Movement allows students to be comfy and physical. The balance disks will allow my students to feel confident in choosing an option to embrace motion and movement in the classroom. The discs allow movement, and this helps students increase well-being while also engaging in thinking. These are a great tool for children with ADHD and fidget issues as it helps them to concentrate better. The Sitting Disk helps to absorb their fidgeting energy and therefore allows the students to pay better attention. Having a few in the room will help students so they aren't called out for being the only "one" with a fidget seat. Providing this safe environment while building upon critical academic and social skills will be much easier with the seating choices! I know my students will appreciate and love the seats very much!
