My class is about to tackle the coordinate grid and geometry. Supplying students with dry erase boards and markers is a sure way to increase classroom engagement during these new units but also allow students the flexible to erase and correct their math thoughts as they work. Whiteboards allow all students to respond to questions or prompts without needless waste of paper and pencils. 6th grade students are ready to tackle complex concepts- but they know how demonstrate their knowledge when given tools and time to be creativity. Students will be able express their math ideas in geometry by drawing nets and tiny home designs with the colored pencils, sharpener, and construction paper. These supplies will help my 6th graders bring Art into geometry unit. Your generous donation could make this project come to life!
