The addition of 5 Chromebooks will ensure that EVERY child in my class has an equal opportunity to experience learning through the use of technology. We are currently limited in the number of Chromebooks that we have in our class. Students must wait their turn to complete projects as other students rush through, losing the opportunity to deepen their skills. Technology brings excitement and engagement into the classroom! Why would technology be beneficial to a third grader? As a classroom teacher, I have seen first hand how student collaboration, research, and product creation enhances a studentś critical thinking skills. You would be amazed at what children can do! Funding is limited in our district. I can't let that stop my vision. It is only fair that every child have an opportunity to use technology in their learning experiences.
