"Headphones" and "Headache" have become synonymous in my classroom. Students need to use headphones daily to access the reading program, MyOn. MyOn is incredibly interactive, with wonderful illustrations and it reads to the students as they follow along. And the amazing thing? My students LOVE it! They love to be read to and to follow along to an endless stream of fiction and non-fiction books (An English teacher's dreamworld). The only problem is, it's hard to listen to the books if the headphones you use are completely useless. The headphones we have now break constantly and I am confident they have been passed down through the school for many, many years. I believe we currently have 4 pairs left that (kind of) work and we need 10 to compliment the 10 Chromebooks we have. Please help my class continue to fall in love with reading!
