I teach a combination class of 4th and 5th graders. Our school is an old rock school built by the WPA in 1936. We do not have the things the newer schools have so we have learned to use what we have and are creative with what we don't have. We have an enrollment of 220 students in grades K-5 with a mixture of ethnic backgrounds. We have the perfect setting to learn subjects that take us outside and do hands on activities.
