My school is a Title 1 school in the East San Francisco Bay Area. 90% of our students receive free or reduced-priced lunch. My Kindergarten class is fully of bright-eyed 5 and 6 year olds and most are learning the routine of school for the very first time. Only 40% of the 30 students in my class attended a licensed preschool. Many of my students are in need of a lot of exposure to letters, letter sounds, and numbers.
