In a low-income school district that is just shy of qualifying as a Title I school, it is a challenge to provide these students with technological resources. This project is one way I am trying to obtain those technological resources for my students. By providing students access to two Chromebooks, they can gain access to the Internet in school, which, in a low-income district, many students do not have at home. The Chromebooks will be used for various independent, partner, and small group activities. Whether students are working on writing assignments, peer editing their drafts, or using MobyMax for individualized grammar practice, it is my goal to help provide these low-income, disengaged students access to technology.
