Having the group set of 6 Chromebooks will allow for different structures of learning in my classroom. Students can have better access to our Google Classroom, research information, and improve their skills using technology. Most recently, we have started our Argumentative Unit, and students have been introduced to Hyperdocs. Using these Hyperdocs, students can have access to various texts, videos, and etc. to help them support their claims, and use evidence in their writing. My project will make a difference because, every opportunity to use technology using higher order thinking skills is an opportunity worth every minute. Our classrooms are not yet at the level technologically to meet their needs as learners. This grant will help to close that gap just a little bit more.
