Students will be using the Osmo Genius Kit as a hands-on learning tool to turn core subjects such as math and spelling into fearless, learning fun. Osmos allow the students to practice visual thinking through tangrams, problem solving skills with the game Newton, and coordinated drawing with the game Masterpiece. In addition, Osmo Creative Set brings drawings to life as it adds animation to children's drawings. The child is developing their ability to follow multi-step instructions through a creative outlet.
Students will see their own ideas come to life and make something tangible from their imagination. Having access to the four sets of Osmos will support our station rotation learning model while appealing to visual and kinesthetic learners.
Our district strives to grow 21st century learners by exposing our students to technology as soon as they enter school. Osmos have the ability to meet each student at their developmental need and help them grow indefinitely. 4 year olds need engaging learning material to be purposeful in their educational career.
