My students have been learning Spanish. These magazines will help my students be exposed to current and cultural events. The articles in these magazines are non fiction. These magazines provide access to cultural current events and all involving the target language in the classroom. My students will use these magazines to help them with their comprehension skills of non- fiction articles. These magazines will provide opportunities for my students to be engaged in a second language. It is hard for students to have access to authentic Spanish resources, these magazines will provide the authenticity that my students deserve. Exposure to non-fiction text through these magazines would be a great way to help students be aware of what is happening around the world.
