By adding these requested titles to my classroom library, students will continue to have books of interest right next to them in class. Reading daily increases a students writing quality, and communication with others. This will also help alleviate the stress put on my own pocketbook to fund my dream library. My favorite thing to do as an English teacher is helping students find a book that is a good fit for him or her. Being able to build that bond with a student over the love of a character or connect on a personal level with a story is what I strive to do! Authors such as Colleen Hoover and John Green have new books out that my students can't wait to get their hands on. In addition titles such as The Sea of Tranquility, Boys in The Boat and Genuine Fraud are books that I cannot wait to see my students sitting and reading!
