Many of our instruments and equipment have been used for about a decade or more, some of them since the 1990s! Over time, the normal wear and tear on the instruments and stands becomes too great, and they will become much more difficult to use properly. Our students are in need of new music stands, mouthpieces, and a supply of reeds, so they can continue to become the skilled musicians they are growing up to be. As the interest in Band continues to grow every year, our goal is to keep replacing the older instruments and mouthpieces, while always having a supply of reeds and cleaning supplies available for all students. With all of this new equipment, the students will not only have improved tone quality and intonation, but also a increased desire to become better musicians, students, and young adults. With your help, we will be able to keep the Band program growing, and encourage the students to continue pursuing music in high school and beyond.
