We are a Pre-K through 5th grade inner city school. Our children are bright, vivacious city kids with a lot of energy. They can be easily engaged with the right activities. We are fortunate to have great reading, math programs, a surplus of great reading, and trade books. However, with this tough economy there is just not enough money for extras that could provide valuable hands on materials.
