As our students progress in their musical endeavors, they are learning to become comprehensive musicians who are able to participate in music beyond their time in school. These skills include playing in a variety of styles, composing music, practicing effectively, and playing in tune. These tuners will give students an essential tool in learning how to play precisely and in tune with other musicians. One of the essential tenants of playing with other musicians is the ability to align your sound with another. Learning how to use a tuner to develop positive playing habits will help our students to be more prepared for their musical experiences after they have left our music program.

About my class
