My students have been arranged in groups. I would like to have whiteboards in order to allow those groups to work on problems. By having the hand held whiteboards each student has a chance to present their work to the class. Since they all want to be at the front giving the answers, it gives the students equal chance to participate. The way my room is arranged, they are in 3 groups of 4. By using the boards, the students can show their answers by raising their board up for me to assess their answers. The students love being able to write on boards and display their work!
