Using an on-demand speaker, like Alexa, will allow me to answer my students questions quickly and correctly. It will allow more direct instruction time and prevent the teacher shuffle of going to the computer on the desk to search the web and potentially lose the attention of students. Keeping kids engaged and focused is one of my main goals! Having an Alexa will encourage more in-depth conversations and offer opportunities for conversation to promote a deeper level of understanding. Plus, it has on-demand music as well for a quick brain break activity! It would be a great addition to our classroom!

About my class
