It is very important to give students access to and to teach them how to properly use technology. I believe that by receiving these resources, my scholars will have the opportunity to further their education by learning how to integrate technology and instruction. I plan to use applications such as Imagine Literacy & Math, Starfall Learning and ABC Mouse to support the rigorous instruction that the students are already receiving. I want to show students that learning can happen in the classroom and through technology as well. It is important to show scholars that learning can happen through technology as well as in the classroom. I hope that showing scholars that technology can be used for learning as well, will encourage them and their families to engage in more educational activities at home as well.
