In our music room, we currently have large, bulky, old chairs that end up creating many distractions. A big part of music is allowing students to move and create. The stools will allow more room for movement and eliminate "space" distractions. Stools are much easier to move which will allow for often change of the seating arrangements such as being in circles, lines or small groups. The inflatable seats will be for "floor time" in the music class. Students currently sit on the floor while doing different activities or lessons on the SMART Board. These will help the younger student stay focused and allowing them to wiggle while staying in their assigned spot.
