Help me give my students opportunites to grow with STEM toys. The Lego sets and magnetic toys will help students cultivate their creativity, social skills, focus, problem solving, perserverance, and fine motor skills. While building the complex Lego sets, students will have to persevere and focus, as they follow directions and work as teams. Many students need more practice working in social situations, since the months of online learning haven't allowed for as much collaboration as would be prefered. Many students also need opportunities to focus on projects that don't involve a screen. These Lego sets are a great way to motivate students to work together. Magnetic forces are also part of the third grade science core. The S7 tablet will help Mrs Marchant plan, do professional development, and create online content for students at home, especially while on maternity leave. Plus, while in person, the tablet can connect to the projector and Mrs. Marchant can use the stylus pen to model math problems, art projects, editing in writing, etc.
