My classroom is in a Title I, exemplary Texas school. Nineteen of 23 kindergarten students are Hispanic ESL. They need an education rich in concrete, hands-on experience. They all have a thirst for knowledge and are constantly asking for more information. My students are always incredibly drawn in by anything I plan that they get to see, do, and experience for themselves. They are very active in their learning and desire to know more.
