Our student population consists of 125 kids, multi-racial in ethnicity, and the majority of these students have a primary language that is something other than English. They have been transferred to our school because they are credit-deficient, for various reasons, and are trying to earn credits at an accelerated rate. They are in deep need of a safe place to demonstrate that they can and will learn in a nurturing environment with culturally relevant curriculum and materials.

About my class
