I am starting a new STEM class at my school for 7th and 8th grade students. My goal is for my students to learn how to solve complex, real world engineering and technology problems through hands-on learning projects. We are currently in need of Solar Car kits, Air Racer kits and other resources and supplies to achieve this goal. Funding this project will assist my students in becoming 21st century learners and problem solvers. Funding of this project will help my students learn how to work as a team, develop problem solving skills and boost their confidence as they succeed in accomplishing each new engineering and technology challenge.
