I have four computers in the classroom that are used daily by students. When we do group work, I have as many as 8 in a group that are trying to use 4 computers. This leads to students arguing over which child gets to use the keyboard and cuts down on the time that they have to complete projects. I Pads would be a wonderful addition to the classroom as each student will be able to contribute equally. It would cut down on classroom discipline as each student will have their own device and will no longer have to share. It will also increase the amount of time students will have to finish projects.
