The children I teach come from low socioeconomic backgrounds. They are in need of new, exciting, hands-on activities that interest them and keep their focus. Many of the children I’ll teach have very low attention spans. Some of the stations we have in our rooms are very dated. Our school has not been able to purchase new supplies for station in many years. The children get excited about working together With these type of stations. They learn and grow from working together. Please consider funding my project I know many children that will greatly benefit and will really appreciate it.
