Students will be able to see how electricity flows and how it powers everyday objects. These kits allow them to have hands-on experience with a topic that is unfamiliar. They are able to to design and build circuits that power small light bulbs, moving parts, and buzzers that emit sound. If their design is flawed, they are able to problem solve to determine the issue. The Chromebook will allow them to research before they begin designing their project. They will be able to view demonstrations and videos of circuits and how they function. This will provide a deeper understanding that cannot be gained from textbooks.
