As a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school, my students are faced with several challenges both in and out the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, they look forward to come to school with their best attitude to learn. It amazes me the amount of learning that come from one simple tool. My students will benefit so much from using these materials in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom. I have high expectations for my students and I trust they will give their best, but I need to provide support for at least two students at the time with these materials. During Language Arts and Math, my students will be working on centers and they will benefit from the hands-on activities.
