Chromebooks will allow my students to search any topic, make slideshows, videos, publish their written work, show their artistic ability, learn about people and places firsthand, and help them feel successful in using technology. Technology is the key to learning about the world around us! Technology connects us to information we wouldn't normally be able to have access to in a live format. Currently in our classroom we have 7 Chromebooks that have been heavily used and handed down from the upper grades. They are in terrible condition. My students love to use them, but they are very unreliable and pieces are always breaking off. 10 new Chromebooks would make a huge difference in our classroom!
