My students love to learn and work together as a group. Scholastic News will allow my students to work in groups and collaborate with each other on current events issues. Scholastic News is a wonderful resource because it has current events articles that are interesting and relevant to the students. These will help the students to get the background information to better understand what is going on in the world around them. The magazine is made up of several articles and of a debate issue each week. There is a short video that also accompanies each weekly edition.
