By using Pro-scopes the students at my school will be able to see science up close. Students will be able to investigate items and see the tiny details that they would not normally be able to see. They can use these details to make more accurate sketches of specimens which will help them while adding details to their journals. Currently, we are using Eco-columns to represent an ecosystem. With a Pro-scope, students could see the rye, alfalfa, mustard, crickets, isopods, and soil in their terrariums up close and personal. This tool can be used in many other learning opportunities in the classroom to spark the imagination of my students.
