Recess is a time to be actively engaged and to learn to interact with other students. With the unpredictable weather in Oklahoma, there are many days that my students cannot go outside for recess due to rainy weather or cold yucky weather. I am needing games like the ones in my cart such as Uno, Hangman, and Connect Four for my kids to learn and explore during this time. Currently they just watch a movie or play on computers. I would rather them be more actively engaged and have to play and get along with other students. These games would allow them to solve problems and learn to share.
