These books will allow students to participate in a whole group reading environment rather than just reading from their Reading textbook. This will foster knowledge of discussion and awareness of how to participate in a book clubs. With the books we have in the classroom the students are not being exposed to new literature that is in our world today. These new books will allow the students to be able to relate to the characters and understand them. This project will mean a lot to my students and me as well, because we are increasing the love for Reading in our room.
