With the ability to incorporate technology into my classroom, it will help support all of the learning we do. These tablets and a charging station will give them the support needed to learn more phonics skills. Letter and sound recognition through different programs offered via tablet. The tablets will provide "fun" to the students while they practice their mathematical skills. Tablets allow the students to learn and interact with the lesson and bring their knowledge to the 21st century. There are so many programs available to the classroom that require the use of technology and these tablets will help improve our classroom learning environment. My students that are having a "tough" time with their transitions, will be able to go with an aide and learn from their tablets outside of the classroom. Some of my students need to be able to get out of the classroom, these tablets will allow them to stay on track with the rest of the students. It is important for these kids to have a variety of options and choices when it comes to their learning environment.
