These books will continue to enhance the positive learning environment within my classroom. Each week, we will focus on one of the read alouds and the positive trait/moral of each story. These read alouds will help us model important traits such as kindness, gratitude, perseverance, and self worth. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. My students beg me to do read alouds and there are times when a read aloud is needed to provide an educational break away from the curriculum, while still allowing opportunities to tie the curriculum into the story - making a bigger impact on students learning.
