The flex seating option will help the special education students in my class. Many of my students have trouble sitting in regular desks and chairs all day, so by giving them the ability to make their own choice and be comfortable they will be more inclined to learn to their highest potential. The flex seating will also help my gen ed students by giving them a voice in their ability to choose their own learning environment and make the best decision for their sitting or standing position. Both gen ed and special ed students will love the ability to choose their own seating option. I truly believe having different options will increase their learning and desire to succeed in class.
